Swapnabhoomi Holidays’ policies cover booking rules, cancellations, membership requirements, check-in procedures, and promotional terms. 1. Booking & Stay Policy

Booking Duration

Members can book a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights per stay request.

Reservation Hold Time

Standard resort check-in reservations are held only until 6:00 PM on the check-in date.
Members arriving later must inform the resort in advance to avoid cancellation.

Check-in Requirements

Guests must present:

A printed Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV).
A valid government-issued photo ID.

Occupancy Rules

Room occupancy is strictly limited according to the apartment category booked.
Additional adult charges may apply where permitted.
Pets are not allowed at the resorts.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
30 days or more before check-in: No holiday balance debit.
Cancellations made within the applicable penalty period may result in a holiday debit as per membership terms.

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled if any membership fees, EMIs, or other dues remain overdue before the holiday date.

Non-cancellable once confirmed

Referral Reward Points (HFRP)

Referral reward points (HFRP) generally remain valid for 1 year from the date they are credited.
